The young people of Barnard Castle have been working towards a skate park for some time. The project involved laying a hard surface area suitable for skating and roller blading, fenced to match the existing multi-sports pitch adjacent to the proposed site and erect a skate park.
Skate Parks are becoming more and more poplular and we now consider ourselves to be one of the major installers of skate parks in the North of England. Brambledown are usually involved right from the design stage of these skate parks, working with Local Authorities, local resident groups and attending local forums to absorb the ideas of the community. Many of our Skate Parks now involve creative Graffiti which is commisioned by the Client. Brambledown also provide floodlighting and security for these sites.
