Winter Wonderland at Ropner Park Stockton Middlesbrough

Brambledown, Northern Landscape Contractors, completed a £3 million scheme to completely revitalise and rennovate Ropner Park in Stockton, Middlesbrough in 2008.

As the park in Middlesbrough has matured, it is interesting to see the trees and shrubs (thousands of which were planted all over the park) flourishing in their new habitat. The revitalisation of Ropner Park was a heritage Lottery funded Scheme and Brambledown were also involved in the construction of a new pavillion, bandstand and thousands of metres of new pathways and sculptures as well as large scale soft landscaping, fencing and railing work.

One of the most popular features that Brambledown constructed at Ropner Park Middlesbrough though has probably been the Adventure Play Area which includes a battle ship. These winter shots from February show that even the heaviest of snows have not kept the children away.
