Quorum Business Park Takes Shape
Brambledown have been working alonside Grantside in the development of Grantside Business Park in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Although Grantside are responsible for the magnificent construction work that you can see onsite today, Brambledown have played a major part in external works comprising of large scale planting as well as paving and other hard landscaping elements. Brambledown have had teams of men onsite for many months now and have enjoyed building a strong relationship with Grantside who have produced some wonderfully striking buildings within the business park. Brambledown are proud to have been, and continue to be part of the team that produce an area that will house some of the most prestigious companies in the country.
Grantside is carrying out the development of Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne in conjunction with its joint venture partner, Tritax Assets Limited. This new urban business park is located 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre and when complete will comprise more than 1.5 million square feet of prestigious office space. Occupiers already on site include Inland Revenue, OSG Shipping, IBM and Kids 1st.
