Brambledown Landscape Services have just completed a large external works scheme as part of the Dalton Park Phase 2 extension to the famous retail park in Merton, County Durham. The works were valued in the region of £300k and included Earthworks, drainage, soiling, seeding, planting of trees and shrubs and footpath works. 

Trees were planted in block paved areas and Brambledown carried out tree pit resin bound surfacing, and general surfacing to numerous areas around the retail park and carpark. Brambledown operated from the Brandon and Birtley depots and around 20 men were onsite at most times to carry out these extensive Commercial Landscape works over a 12 week period. 

The works at Dalton Park were completed in line with the opening of the new Cinema Complex and restaurants on the site, and works involved extensive traffic management programmes by Brambledown in order that other contractors, members of the public and passers by were not disturbed by our own works.
