Barley Mow School

Brambledown have completed the construction of a new play area and play facilities at Barley Mow School. Brambledown were working on behalf of Robertson Construction who were main contractors on the scheme and the hardworks of the landscaping package included various play objects for Brambledown to install, as well as safety surfacing, sandpits, swings, slides and associated landscaping such as tree and shrub planting

The landcaping package was completed recently at a final value of around £170,000 by Brambledown Contracts Manager Kevin Blakelock and his team of trained and highly skilled engineers.

The external works carried out by Brambledown at Barley Mow Primary School included:

  • A new tarmaced Multi Use Games Area - basket ball court
  • Bus Shelter
  • Safety Surfacing
  • Sandpit
  • paving and carparking
  • lighting
  • planting - trees/shrubs
  • installation of funiture such as picnic tables and other play equipment
